Effective Date: May 24, 2026 Terms of Service →

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixeland Pixel Art Editor ("the Application", "we", "our") handles user data, with a specific focus on our integration with third-party cloud storage providers like Google Drive.

Section 1

Google Drive API Disclosure & Usage

The Application requests access to the Google Drive API to provide cross-device project availability. We adhere strictly to the following parameters:

Manual Synchronization Only

Cloud backup and retrieval operations to Google Drive are triggered exclusively and manually by the user. The Application never uploads, modifies, or deletes cloud files without your direct input.

Local Auto-Backup Separation

The Application features an automatic local backup system that saves your working canvas progress every two (2) minutes. This automatic backup is performed entirely locally on your physical device storage and does not interact with, transfer to, or use your Google Drive quota.

Scope and Limitations

We only access, create, or modify files that are directly generated by Pixeland Pixel Art Editor (such as specialized project files or exported images). We do not read, view, or scan any other personal files stored within your Google Drive account.

Section 2

Data Sharing and Retention

We do not operate external servers to permanently store your artwork files. All pixel art projects remain on your local device storage or your personal cloud storage account. However, the Application uses trusted third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google AdMob, which may automatically process limited technical information including device identifiers, crash diagnostics, usage statistics, advertising identifiers, and approximate location data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data, artwork files, or Google Drive content to third parties or data brokers.

Advertising Services

The Application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. These services may use advertising identifiers, cookies, or similar technologies to deliver and improve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We use analytics and diagnostic tools to better understand application performance, stability, and feature usage. These services may collect anonymized or aggregated technical information to help improve the Application experience.
